The Precita Eyes Muralists Association has been creating murals since 1977 and become a cherished arts organization in San Francisco. The group has created hundreds of murals in Bernal Heights, the Mission District and other San Francisco neighborhoods and even in distant places such as Beijing, Palestine and Lebanon.
We’ll be joined by guests with deep knowledge of the murals to talk about their creation and themes. We’ll provide a map of murals we discuss so you can visit them on your own.
