I came across this truck on a rough looking street near the yet-to-be-opened Yosemite Slough Park. I met a very nice fellow customer named Jose who told me that the food is Salvadoran. A different customer highly recommended the papusas. I asked for one with “everything” and it was amazing. Also got the carne asada and shrimp plate, which proved to be more food than I could eat.

I will definitely be back for more papusas!
